Owners’ Equity Ratio Sample Clauses

Owners’ Equity Ratio. Borrower will maintain an Owner’s Equity Ratio of (a) at least fifty percent (50%) as of December 31, 2011 (the “Baseline Date”), and (b) on December 31st of each year thereafter (each, a “Determination Date”), at least the percentage that is equal to the sum of (x) fifty percent (50%) plus (y) the product of (A) two percent percentage points (2%) multiplied by (B) the number of years that have elapsed from the Baseline Date to the applicable Determination Date; provided, however, that the required Owner’s Equity Ratio for any Determination Date shall not exceed seventy percent (70%).

  • Maximum Consolidated Leverage Ratio The Consolidated Leverage Ratio at any time may not exceed 0.75 to 1.00; and

  • Total Net Leverage Ratio Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, shall not permit the Total Net Leverage Ratio on the last day of any Test Period to exceed the ratio set forth below opposite the last day of such Test Period:

  • Total Leverage Ratio The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 2.50 to 1.0.

  • Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter ending on or after September 30, 2008 to be greater than 3.5 to 1.0.

  • Cash Flow Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Cash Flow Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Total Leverage Ratio The Borrower shall maintain, on the last day of each fiscal quarter set forth below, a Total Leverage Ratio of not more than the maximum ratio set forth below opposite such fiscal quarter: October 31, 2007, January 31, 2008, April 30, 2008, July 31, 2008, October 31, 2008 and January 31, 2009 4.7 to 1 April 30, 2009, July 31, 2009, October 31, 2009 and January 31, 2010 4.2 to 1 April 30, 2010 and each fiscal quarter thereafter 4.0 to 1

  • Maximum Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter to be greater than 0.55 to 1.00.

  • Liquidity Ratio A Liquidity Ratio of at least 1.50 to 1.00.

  • Minimum Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio The Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio shall not be less than 1.50 to 1.00, determined based on information for the most recent fiscal quarter annualized.
