Baseline Date definition

Baseline Date means either the major source baseline date or source baseline date, as applicable.
Baseline Date means major source baseline date or minor source baseline date and is established for each pollutant for which increments or other equivalent measures have been established if the area in which the proposed source or modification would construct is designated as attainment or unclassifiable pursuant to 20 42 U.S.C. 7407(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) for the pollutant on the date of the source's complete application; and
Baseline Date means August 26, 2016, which is the date the Initial Study under the California Environmental Quality Act for the MCCR was initiated.

Examples of Baseline Date in a sentence

  • If no Performance Dependent Issuance is triggered pursuant to this Section 3 on or before the earlier of (i) the date of a Change in Control and (ii) the Measurement Date corresponding to the tenth anniversary of the Baseline Date, then this award expires in its entirety, and no Shares are issued or issuable with respect to this award.

  • If a Change in Control, as defined in the Plan, occurs at any time between the date in Section 1 above on which the PSUs were granted and the tenth anniversary of the Baseline Date, then the date of such Change in Control is deemed to be the applicable Measurement Date.
