OWNER’S LIABILITY. 23.3.1 In the event of Normal Transfer of this Agreement, the "OWNERS" shall not be liable for any liability and/or damages to the "DEVELOPER" or to any other third party. 23.3.2 In the event of Termination of this Agreement, the "OWNERS" shall not be liable for any liability and/or damages to the "DEVELOPER" or to any other third party.
