VALET TRASH SERVICE. Valet Trash service will be provided for the Leased Premises (Sunday through Thursday). The cost for trash collection is $5.00 per month. A container will be provided for the Leased Premises and must be used in conjunction with the valet service. Separately bagged and tied trash and recycling should be placed inside the container and placed outside the front door of the Leased Premises only between the service hours of 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.. No trash will be collected loose or without the use of the container. All boxes must be broken down. Containers are property of the valet service provider. It is the responsibility of Residents to keep their containers clean. If a replacement container is needed or if Residents take the container during move-out, Residents shall pay Owner a replacement charge of $0.00. If Residents miss service on any of the designated nights, it is their responsibility to bring trash to the designated dumpsters or compactor area, or keep the trash inside the Leased Premises until the next collection evening. Trash may NOT be left out for any reason during non-designated times. Residents acknowledge that leaving trash out for prolonged periods may attract rodents, ants and/or other insects. As such, if Residents fail to comply with this provision, Owner may charge a fee of $50.00 for each violation. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS ADDENDUM WILL ALSO APPLY TO RESIDENT'S GUESTS AND AGENTS, TOGETHER WITH THE HEIRS, ASSIGNS, ESTATES AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THEM ALL, AND RESIDENT WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLIANCE OF SUCH PERSONS WITH THE LEASE CONTRACT AND THIS ADDENDUM, AND RESIDENT INTENDS TO AND WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD OWNER HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS OF SUCH PERSONS AS DESCRIBED IN THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH. OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE TO BENEFIT FROM ANY AND ALL WAIVERS, RELEASES, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY MADE BY RESIDENT HEREUNDER. In the event of a conflict between any provision in this Special Provision section and this Addendum or the Agreement, the provision in this Special Provision section shall control. • The Property is a smoke free facility. Smoking is not allowed in any unit, or in any public areas, e.g. hallways, lounges, stairwells, or laundry rooms.   • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Food Service If the Charter School offers food services on its own or through a third-party contract, the Charter School may apply directly to, and if approved, operate school nutrition programs with reimbursement from the United States Department of Agriculture, under supervision of the Tennessee Department of Education.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Fast Food Outlets This proposal does not seek to interfere with the existing Fast Food Agreement.
