Common use of OWNER'S PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

OWNER'S PROCEDURE. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER agrees to comply with all procedural requirements of the OWNER as they apply to reports or other aspects of the Project. In addition, during the Construction Phase of this Contract, the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall comply with all procedural requirements of the Client. Client is herein defined as the entity for whom the OWNER is performing services, including subsidiaries, agents, related corporations, or fiduciaries.
