Common use of Owner's Review Of Design Services Clause in Contracts

Owner's Review Of Design Services. Subject to Paragraph 13(G) of this Agreement, Design/Builder shall submit all documents produced as part of the Design Services to the Director for review and approval in accordance with the terms of the Contract. However, any review or approval by the Director shall not relieve Design/Builder of or otherwise diminish its obligations under the Contract. The Director may direct Design/Builder to make changes to any design documents in order to conform the documents to the Owner's objectives. Any changes by Design/Builder ordered by the Director shall not relieve Design/Builder of its obligations under this Contract unless, and only to the extent that, Design/Builder notifies Owner in writing, within seven (7) days after receipt of Owner's directive to make changes, concerning any adverse impact on schedules, budgets, operational costs, operational performance, satisfaction of regulatory requirements, or other adverse impact that may result from the directed changes.
