The Prime Contractor shall shall, with the approval of the Owner, make any revisions to the construction schedule and Contract Sum deemed necessary after a joint review and mutual agreement. The construction schedules shall then constitute the schedules to be used by the Prime Contractor, separate Contractors contractors, and the Owner until subsequently revisedrevised by mutual agreement or by written Change Order. If the Prime Contractor believes it is entitled to an adjustment of the Contract Sum under the circumstances, the Prime Contractor shall submit a written proposal for a Change Order pursuant to Article 7 of the General Conditions.
