Owners to notify Manager when ceasing to be Owner. Each Owner shall notify the Manager when it ceases to be the Owner of any Share and notify the Manager of the name and address of the new Owner. Each Owner shall remain liable for all sums due and payable under this Deed and for the compliance with this Deed up to the date on which such notice is received by the Manager but without prejudice to the liability of the new Owner under this Deed.
Owners to notify Manager when ceasing to be Owner. Each Owner shall notify the Manager of the name and address in Hong Kong of the person authorized by him to accept service of process. Any Owner not occupying or using his Unit shall provide the Manager with an address in Hong Kong for service of notices under the provisions of this Deed, failing which the address of such Unit is deemed to be his address for service.
Owners to notify Manager when ceasing to be Owner. Each Owner shall notify the Manager when he ceases to be the Owner of any Share and notify the Manager of the name and address of the new Owner. Without prejudice to any provisions contained in this Deed, no person shall, after ceasing to be an Owner of any Share, be liable for any debts, liabilities or obligations under the covenants and provisions of this Deed in respect of such Share and the part of the Development held therewith except in respect of any breach, non-observance or non-performance by such person of any such covenants or provisions prior to his ceasing to be the Owner thereof.
