OWNERSHIP, DISSEMINATION AND PUBLICITY OF THE PROGRAM. 6.1. Prior to the dissemination of this Agreement and of the specific Conventions or Agreements derived from it, mutual consent in writing by both Parties will be required to specify the terms of its broadcasting through media, internet and any other form of transmission.
