Common use of Ownership of County Network and Related Facilities Clause in Contracts

Ownership of County Network and Related Facilities. All components of the County Network are and shall remain the property of the County. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Licensee shall have no ownership interest in the Available Fiber or in any Licensed Fiber, Interconnection Point, Interconnection Fiber, or other component of the County Network, including without limitation, any Joint Use Box or other Interconnection Point located within any County Facilities, whether installed by or at the expense of the County, the Licensee, or Licensee’s contractor. The Licensee shall be solely responsible for obtaining all such rights or permissions as may be necessary or required for the Licensee to install, maintain, repair, replace, and remove the Licensee's Equipment. The terms of this Agreement apply only to (i) the Licensed Fibers; (ii) the Interconnection Fibers, up to the points of demarcation between the Interconnection Fibers and the Licensee’s Equipment at each Interconnection Point; and (iii) Interconnection Points located within any County Facilities.
