Removal of Trustee The Trustee may be removed at any time, by an instrument or concurrent instruments in writing delivered (a) to the Trustee and to the Issuer and the Company, and signed by the owners of a majority in aggregate principal amount of Bonds then Outstanding, or (b) to the Trustee and the owners of all Bonds then Outstanding, and signed by the Issuer and the Company.
REMOVAL OF RECORDS FROM PREMISES Where performance of the Contract involves use by the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) of Authorized User owned or licensed papers, files, computer disks or other electronic storage devices, data or records at Authorized User facilities or offices, or via remote access, the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) shall not remotely access, modify, delete, copy or remove such Records without the prior written approval of the Authorized User. In no case, with or without the written approval of the Authorized User, can the Authorized User data be accessed, moved or sent outside the continental United States.
Applicable Regulations If an issue relating to investments is covered both by this Agreement and by the national legislation of one Contracting Party or by international conventions, existing or to be subscribed to by the Parties in the future, the investors of the other Contracting Party shall be entitled to avail themselves of the provisions that are the most favourable to them.
Requirements for Protection In compliance with NPCC requirements and Good Utility Practice, Developer shall provide, install, own, and maintain relays, circuit breakers and all other devices necessary to remove any fault contribution of the Large Generating Facility to any short circuit occurring on the New York State Transmission System not otherwise isolated by Connecting Transmission Owner’s equipment, such that the removal of the fault contribution shall be coordinated with the protective requirements of the New York State Transmission System. Such protective equipment shall include, without limitation, a disconnecting device or switch with load- interrupting capability located between the Large Generating Facility and the New York State Transmission System at a site selected upon mutual agreement (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner. Developer shall be responsible for protection of the Large Generating Facility and Developer’s other equipment from such conditions as negative sequence currents, over- or under-frequency, sudden load rejection, over- or under-voltage, and generator loss-of-field. Developer shall be solely responsible to disconnect the Large Generating Facility and Developer’s other equipment if conditions on the New York State Transmission System could adversely affect the Large Generating Facility.
REPLACEMENT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY (A) An employee, while on duty and acting within the scope of employment, who suffers damage or destruction of the employee’s watch or prescription glasses, or other items of personal property as have been given prior approval by the agency as required to adequately perform the duties of the position, will be reimbursed as provided herein.
Replacement of Trustee A resignation or removal of the Trustee and appointment of a successor Trustee shall become effective only upon the successor Trustee's acceptance of appointment as provided in this Section. The Trustee may resign in writing at any time and be discharged from the trust hereby created by so notifying the Company. The Holders of Notes of a majority in principal amount of the then outstanding Notes may remove the Trustee by so notifying the Trustee and the Company in writing. INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL Show Management reserves the right to fix the time for the installation of a booth prior to the Show opening and for its removal after the conclusion of the Show. Installation of all exhibits must be fully completed by the opening time of the exposition. Any space not claimed and occupied three hours prior to opening, may be resold or reassigned without refund. No exhibitor will be allowed to dismantle or repack any part of his exhibit until after the closing of the Show. 6.

UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT Uniforms and equipment required by the Department to be worn/used by employees will be furnished by the Department.
