Ownership of Drawings, Specifications and Models. 1. All copies of Drawings and Technical Specifications furnished by the Architect are the property of the Commission. Such copies are not to be used on any other work or project and, with the exception of the signed Contract set, are to be returned to the Commission with a copy of the transmittal letter to the Commission Representative at the completion of the Work.
