Ownership of First Property. 1.1 One Khanwar Das Xxxxxx purchased vide (a) Deed of Sale dated 01st July 1959 registered in the Office of the District Registrar, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and recorded in Book-I, being No. 2129 for the year 1959 from Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxxx (b) Deed of Sale dated 02nd May 1960 registered in the Office of the District Registrar, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and recorded in Book-I, being No. 1487 for the year 1960 from Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxxx and (c) Deed of Sale dated 12th May 1964 registered in the Office of the District Registrar, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and recorded in Book- I, being No. 1749 for the year 1964 from Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and others, aggregating to ALL THAT piece and parcel of land measuring 241 Decimal, more or less, (equivalent to 07 Bighas 05 Cottahs 12 Chittacks and 39.6 Square Feet, more or less), comprised in R.S. Dag Nos. 84, 85, 86, 87, 203, 204, 205/778, 206, 207, 208 and 209, recorded in R.S. Khatian Nos. 292, 11, 09, 292 and 287, in Mouza Talbanda, X.X Xx. 28, Pargana-Kalikata, Police Station Ghola (previously Khardah), within the limits of Bilkanda No.I Gram Panchayat, Sub-Registration District Sodepur, District North 24 Parganas, West Bengal (hereinafter referred as “First Property”), for the consideration mentioned therein and the land in the First Property consists in the following manner:
Ownership of First Property. Thus in the aforesaid circumstances, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx alias Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx (the Owner No. 3.1 herein) has become the absolute owner of the balance of the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx’x Property, being land measuring 6 (six) cottah 7 (seven) chittack and 44 (forty four) square feet, more or less Together With pucca structure standing thereon admeasuring an area of 2100 (two thousand and one hundred) square feet, more or less, Together With all easements rights thereto and right to use the Common Passage (First Property).
Ownership of First Property. 1.1 At all material times one Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx was the sole and absolute owner in respect of inter alia (1) land measuring 9 (nine) decimal, more or less, out of 158 (one hundred and fifty eight) decimal, being a portion of R.S./L.R. Dag No. 3194, recorded in L.R. Khatian No. 4770, MouzaPatharghata, X.X. No. 36, Police Station New Town (formerly Rajarhat), within Patharghata Gram Panchyat, Sub- Registration Office Rajarhat, District North 24 Parganas (First Plot) and (2) land measuring 0.67 (zero point six seven) decimal, more or less, out of 6 (six) decimal, being a portion of R.S./L.R. Dag No. 3195, recorded in L.R. Khatian No. 4770, MouzaPatharghata, X.X. No. 36, Police Station New Town (formerly Rajarhat), within Patharghata Gram Panchyat, Sub-Registration Office Rajarhat, District North 24 Parganas (Second Plot). 1.2 Said Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, a Hindu governed by the provisions of Hindu Succession Act, 1956 died intestate leaving behind him surviving his 2 (two) sons, namely (1) Xxxxx Xxxxxx, (2) Xxxxx Xxxxxx and his only daughter, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx (Xxxxxx) as his only legal heir and heiress, who jointly and in equal share inherited all the right, title and interest of Late Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx in the First Plot and the Second Plot. 1.3 By a Deed of Sale in Bengali Language (Kobala) dated 8th August, 2012, registered in the Office of the Additional District Sub Registrar of Bidhannagar (Salt Lake City), recorded in Book-I, CD Volume No. 14, at Pages- 12464 to 12484, being No. 10326 for the year 2012 said Xxxxx Xxxxxx, and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx (Xxxxxx) jointly sold, transferred and conveyed (1) land measuring 3 (three) cottah 9 (nine) chittack and 36 (thirty six) square feet, equivalent to 5.97 (five point nine seven) decimal more or less, comprised in R.S./L.R. Dag No. 3194, recorded in L.R. Khatian No. 4770, MouzaPatharghata, X.X. No. 36, Police Station New Town (formerly Rajarhat), within Patharghata Gram Panchyat, Sub- Registration Office Rajarhat, District North 24 Parganasa being a demarcated portion out of the First Plot and (2) land measuring 4 (four) chittack and 13 (thirteen) square feet equivalent to 0.44 Decimal, more or less, comprised in R.S./L.R. Dag No. 3195, recorded in L.R. Khatian No. 4770, MouzaPatharghata, X.X.   • Ownership of Stock The Selling Shareholders own all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of the Company, free and clear of all liens, claims, rights, charges, encumbrances, and security interests of whatsoever nature or type.

  • Ownership of Records All records required to be maintained and preserved by the Corporation or Fund pursuant to the provisions of rules or regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission under Section 31(a) of the Act and maintained and preserved by the Manager on behalf of the Corporation or Fund, as appropriate, are the property of the Corporation or Fund, as appropriate, and will be surrendered by the Manager promptly on request by the Corporation or Fund, as appropriate.

  • Ownership of Membership Interests The Member shall own all of the membership interests in the Company and the Member shall have a 100% distributive share of the Company’s profits, losses and cash flow.
