OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION AND DATA. All information generated by Pieris using Enumeral Confidential Information including but not limited to all data and information related to the Product shall be the sole property of Pieris and Pieris shall have the unlimited right to use and disclose such information. All information related to the Product, whether generated using Enumeral Confidential Information or otherwise, shall be the sole property of Pieris. Pieris shall have no obligation to disclose the information described in this Section 8.6 to Enumeral.
