Common use of Ownership of Professional Materials Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Professional Materials. 16-7-1. The Xxxxxxxx School Board and the Xxxxxxxx Education Association mutually agree that lesson plans and other instructional materials developed by staff members for use in TSD will be considered as co-authored by TSD and the staff members involved. TSD and staff members will be credited as co-authors. TSD will not be charged for use of the materials. Any published work will follow copyright laws.
