Common use of Ownership of the Chromebook Clause in Contracts

Ownership of the Chromebook. Chromebooks are the property of PVSD. To ensure their use as a positive learning tool in coordination with the District’s curriculum, PVSD administrative staff and faculty retain the right to collect and/or inspect Chromebooks at any time, including via electronic remote access and to alter, add or delete installed software or hardware during their school enrollment.
