Ownership of Wiring. The Distribution System is and will remain the personal property of Company. The Home Run Wiring is and will remain the personal property of Customer. The Home Wiring is and will remain the personal property of Customer or, where units and in-unit wiring are individual owned, the unit owner (“Resident Owned Wiring”).
