Home Run Wiring definition

Home Run Wiring means the wiring from the Demarcation Points to the first splitter or multimedia panel (as applicable) within each unit.

Home Run Wiring is any Wiring extending from the IDF facilities and through the Pathways to each Unit. “Unit Wiring” is any Wiring within a Unit that extends to the structured wiring panel or wall outlet(s) within each Unit. The Home Run Wiring will be provided by and remain the property of Association, provided that Starry shall have the non-exclusive right to access and use the Home Run Wiring during the Term. Subject to Association’s prior approval, if Starry elects to install any Home Run Wiring (“Starry Installed Home Run Wiring”), ownership of the same will pass to Association when installation is complete, provided that Starry will have the exclusive right to access and use the Starry Installed Home Run Wiring during the Term. Any existing Unit Wiring is and shall remain the property of the Unit owners and the use thereof shall be as agreed between Starry and the applicable Unit owner.

Examples of Home Run Wiring in a sentence

  • The Home Run Wiring is and will remain the personal property of Customer.

  • Neither the Authorized Party nor any third party shall tap into, use, or otherwise interfere with the HBPW Wiring or the Home Run Wiring or any portion thereof for any purpose not authorized by the HBPW.

  • If the HBPW does not remove the Home Run Wiring before expiration of the removal period set forth in this Section 13(a), the Home Run Wiring shall be deemed abandoned and the HBPW shall have no further obligation with respect to the Home Run Wiring.

  • Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason, the HBPW shall have a period of 3 months during which it shall be entitled, but not required, to remove the HBPW Wiring and/or Home Run Wiring.

  • The HBPW shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Authorized Party, its personnel, directors, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, damage or expense arising out of the acts or omissions of the HBPW or its personnel, directors, agents or representatives in the operation, maintenance or removal of the HBPW Wiring, interconnection with and use of the Home Run Wiring, the Servicesprovided to occupants at the Premises pursuant to this Agreement or a breach of this Agreement.

  • In order to facilitate Dealer’s use of existing infrastructure for the provision of DIRECTV Services as set forth in this Agreement, Owner agrees to take commercially reasonable steps, including when appropriate use of the Inside Wiring Rules, to gain control over existing Home Run Wiring at the Property and to make that existing wiring available for Dealer’s use in distributing DIRECTV Services to Residents.

  • Subject to Association’s prior approval, if Starry elects to install any Home Run Wiring (“Starry Installed Home Run Wiring”), ownership of the same will pass to Association when installation is complete, provided that Starry will have the exclusive right to access and use the Starry Installed Home Run Wiring during the Term.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Boathouse (NR 115.03(1h)) means a permanent structure used for the storage of watercraft and associated materials and includes all structures which are totally enclosed, have roofs or walls or any combination of these structural parts.

  • Shelter care means the temporary care of children in physically unrestricting facilities.

  • Special Services means all forms of services pertaining

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Genetic services means a genetic test, genetic counseling (including obtaining, interpreting, or assessing genetic information), or genetic education.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Household waste means any solid waste (including garbage, trash, and sanitary waste in septic tanks) derived from households (including single and multiple residences, hotels and motels, bunkhouses, ranger stations, crew quarters, campgrounds, picnic grounds, and day-use recreation areas).

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • ACE means the instantaneous difference between a Balancing Authority’s net actual and scheduled interchange, taking into account the effects of Frequency Bias and correction for meter error.

  • Energy storage system means a system which stores energy and releases it in the same form as was input.

  • Industrial Services means service to customers engaged primarily in a process which creates or changes raw or unfinished materials into another form or product including the generation of electric power.

  • Agricultural equipment includes but is not limited to equipment associated with livestock or crop production, horticulture, or floriculture. “Agricultural equipment” includes but is not limited to tractors; trailers; combines; tillage, planting, and cultivating implements; balers; irrigation implements; and all-terrain vehicles.
