Ownership; Operational Standards. Transmission Common Use Facilities are located at Transmission-Owned Substations and are owned by the Transmission Owner. Distribution Common Use Facilities are located at Distribution-Owned Substations and are owned by the Local Distribution Company. Each Party shall operate and maintain their respective Common Use Facilities in accordance with Good Utility Practice and all applicable provisions of this Agreement.
