INITIAL HERE The Student Staff Agreement is a document that helps to determine the nature of the relationship between student staff and the Office of Residential Education. Should new information become available, the Office of Residential Education reserves the right to update the terms of this document and inform all involved parties. The signature below indicates that the student staff member has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this agreement with the Office of Residential Education & Dining Services. Terms Herein Controlling Provisions The terms of this attachment shall prevail and control over the terms of any other conflicting provision in any other document relating to and a part of the Agreement.
Appointment of Representatives 6.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint employees as Representatives of the Union.
Selection of Representatives a) Each central party and the Crown shall select its own representatives to the Committee.
Designation of Representative The Director of Public Works or the Director’s authorized representative is hereby designated as the City’s representative with respect to the work to be performed under this Agreement. Said representative shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and interpret and define the City’s policies and decisions with respect to the services of the Consultant.
Resignation of Representative A Representative may resign at any time by giving notice to the Company and all of the Holders of the Notes at least thirty (30) days before such resignation is to become eRective. Upon the resignation of a Representative, a replacement shall be selected by the affirmative vote of Holders holding a majority of the Notes, measured by outstanding principal amount. If such Holders have not selected a replacement Representative within sixty (60) days following the eRective date of the resignation, then Portal may, at any time, by giving notice to the Company and all of the Holders, designate a replacement Representative who shall not be related to or affiliated with Portal or the Company.
Union and Employer Representation No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union. To implement this the Union shall supply the Employer with the names of its officers and similarly, the Employer shall supply the Union with a list of its supervisory or other personnel with whom the Union may be required to transact business.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND COMMITTEES 7.01 (a) It is mutually agreed that where negotiations are conducted on a joint basis between any or all of the Nursing Homes in the Extendicare chain in the Province of Ontario, the Union will elect or otherwise select a negotiating committee consisting of one (1) representative from each Nursing Home.
