Designation of Representative means the designation of a representative made by the Agreement Holders pursuant to Section 3 of the Regulations and filed with the Registrar in accordance with this Agreement. (f) “Representative” means the representative of the Agreement Holders appointed pursuant to a Designation of Representative.
