P ublic Announcements. Supplier will not make any press release, statement or public announcement including by means of advertising or sales promotional materials or any other way that mentions or refers to Amgen, any Amgen Group member or the names of any employees of the Amgen Group without Amgen's prior written consent and will not publish the results of any Deliverables or Services or otherwise disclose the supply of Goods hereunder without the prior written approval of Amgen. 15.9

P ublic Announcements. Neither Party shall issue or release any announcement, statement, press release or other publicity or marketing materials relating to this Agreement or, unless expressly permitted under this Agreement, otherwise use the other Party's trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names or other indicia of source, association or sponsorship, in each case, without the prior written consent of the other Party, which shall not be unreasonably delayed or withheld; provided, however, that Contractor may, without Client’s consent, include Client’s name or other indicia in its lists of Contractor's current Clients of Contractor in promotional and marketing materials. This permission does not assume a transfer of ownership of Client’s intellectual property, and as such Client reserves the right to request that Envisage cease and desist the usage of their logo and/or name at any time.
P ublic Announcements. None of the parties to this Agreement shall make, or cause to be made, any press release or public announcement in respect of this Agreement or the Ancillary Agreements or the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby or otherwise communicate with any news media regarding such matters without the prior written consent of the other parties hereto, unless such press release or public announcement is required by Law or applicable stock exchange regulation, in which case the parties to this Agreement shall, to the extent practicable, consult with each other as to the timing and contents of any such press release, public announcement or communication.

  • Public Disclosure Unless otherwise required by law, prior to the ----------------- Effective Time, no disclosure (whether or not in response to an inquiry) of the subject matter of this Agreement shall be made by any party hereto unless approved by Parent and the Company prior to release, provided that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Vacancy Announcements (a) Announcement of employment opportunities must receive appropriate distribution to enable and encourage qualified candidates to apply. Announcements should be open for at least 2 weeks. In unusual circumstances, the Chief Administrative Officer or designee may shorten the 2-week announcement period. Announcements must contain specific information about examinations, minimum qualifications, duties and other relevant job factors. Length of County service (seniority) shall be considered when qualified candidates are otherwise deemed reasonably equal.

  • Press Releases The Company agrees that it will not issue press releases or engage in any other publicity, without the Representative’s prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld), for a period of twenty-five (25) days after the Closing Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the Company be prohibited from issuing any press releases or engaging in any other publicity required by law, except that including the name of any Underwriter therein shall require the prior written consent of such Underwriter.

  • Announcements and confidentiality The Team will not make or permit to be made any public announcement(s) in relation to this Agreement without the prior consent of the Company nor (save as required by law) disclose to any third party any information concerning the terms or subject matter of this Agreement from the date hereof.

  • Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to CBB, or from CBB to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided.
