Common use of Packaged and Pre-Programmed Systems Clause in Contracts

Packaged and Pre-Programmed Systems. The parties recognize that the College should endeavour to meet the needs of the students to the best of its ability, and that, therefore, it may be necessary and/or desirable to introduce packaged and/or pre-programmed systems as well as live instruction. The parties agree, however, that unless beyond the control of the Employer, the utilization of packaged and/or pre-programmed systems shall not significantly reduce the level of live instruction given by regular employees. The parties further agree that the delivery of such systems shall form part of the regular employee's annual teaching workload.
