Packaging and Labelling. 8.1. Except where clause 8.2 applies, the Company will use its standard packaging and labelling, as detailed in the Specifications. 8.2. The Company shall not be obliged to comply with any special packaging and/or labelling requirements of the Customer except to the extent those requirements are stipulated in a Sales Contract.
