PACKAGING AND PACKING. All Products must be suitably packaged and prepared for shipment in accordance with best commercial practices. Packing lists should LEGAL_1:38669944.6 accompany all Products and shall include the Purchase Order number and, when applicable, a description and the quantity of items shipped. Buyer shall advise Seller in writing, within ten (10) days of date of discovery, of any loss or damage or defect resulting from inadequate or improper packaging or packing. Seller shall be solely responsible for any such losses, damages, or defects.
