Common use of Packaging/Price Marking Clause in Contracts

Packaging/Price Marking. If required by the Contracting Officer, the Concessionaire will furnish, at its own expense, suitable bags, "sold" labels, and so forth, for securing a customer’s purchase. If required, the packaging will be approved by the Contracting Officer. All items will be marked to reflect the selling price.
