Claims Review The IRO shall perform the Claims Review annually to cover each of the five Reporting Periods. The IRO shall perform all components of each Claims Review.
Claims Submission We will submit your claims and assist you in any way we reasonably can to help get your claims paid. Your insurance company may need you to supply certain information directly. It is your responsibility to comply with their request. Please be aware that the balance of your claim is your responsibility whether or not your insurance company pays your claim. Your insurance benefit is a contract between you and your insurance company; we are not party to that contract.

Disputed Claims 4.1 Notwithstanding paragraph 4.5 of this Schedule, payment by the Authority of all or any part of any invoice rendered or other claim for payment by the Contractor shall not signify approval of such invoice/claim. Covered Claims Claim" means any claim, dispute or controversy between you and us that in any way arises from or relates to this Agreement, the Account, the issuance of any Card, any rewards program, any prior agreement or account. Product Claims The parties acknowledge that NCR Voyix, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party relating to the Software or your possession and/or use of the Software, including, but not limited to: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the Software fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES 7.4.1 Should either party to the Contract suffer injury or damage to person or property because of any act or omission of the other party or of any of his / her employees, agents or others for whose acts he / she is legally liable, claim shall be made in writing to such other party within a reasonable time after the first observance of such injury or damage.
