Printing and Distribution The School District will, at its own expense, print sufficient copies of this Agreement for present and new employees.
Reduction and Disconnection NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may reduce Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service or disconnect the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities, when such reduction or disconnection is necessary under Good Utility Practice due to an Emergency State. These rights are separate and distinct from any right of Curtailment of NYISO pursuant to the NYISO OATT. When NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner can schedule the reduction or disconnection in advance, NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify Developer of the reasons, timing and expected duration of the reduction or disconnection. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the reduction or disconnection during periods of least impact to the Developer and the New York State Transmission System. Any reduction or disconnection shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state as soon as practicable consistent with Good Utility Practice.
Permitted Uses and Disclosures of PHI and the third party notifies the Business Associate of any instances of which it is aware in which the confidentiality of the information has been breached.
Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.
CUTTING AND PATCHING The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Work or to make its parts fit together properly.
WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.
Effective Date Term Termination and Disconnection 3.1 Effective Date This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by all Parties.
Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning General Office Area: The building shall be equipped with a combination heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. The system shall have ducted supply and return air. The space above the ceiling shall not be used as a supply or return plenum. The systems shall be sized in accordance with the

To the extent Business Associate carries out one or more of Covered Entity’s obligations under Subpart E of 45 C.F.R. Part 164, Business Associate shall comply with any and all requirements of Subpart E that apply to Covered Entity in the performance of such obligation. ii. Business Associate may disclose PHI to carry out the legal responsibilities of Business Associate, provided, that the disclosure is Required by Law or Business Associate obtains reasonable assurances from the person to whom the information is disclosed that: A. the information will remain confidential and will be used or disclosed only as Required by Law or for the purpose for which Business Associate originally disclosed the information to that person, and; B. the person notifies Business Associate of any Breach involving PHI of which it is aware. iii. Business Associate may provide Data Aggregation services relating to the Health Care Operations of Covered Entity. Business Associate may de-identify any or all PHI created or received by Business Associate under this Agreement, provided the de-identification conforms to the requirements of the HIPAA Rules.
