Printing and Distribution of Agreement. The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.
Printing and Distribution of Agreement. 1. A copy of this Agreement shall be given by the University to each employee in the Bargaining Unit. The University and CUE shall split the cost of printing contracts for unit members. In addition, the parties shall each pay for the number of copies they need for administrative and other purposes.
2. The University shall provide CUE a copy of the tentative agreement language on diskette within seven working days of reaching tentative agreement. A camera-ready copy will be provided to CUE within 30 calendar days from the parties' agreement of the final text. Within 20 calendar days of XXX's receipt of the camera-ready copy, CUE shall confirm the final copy or meet with the University to review corrections. The University shall then deliver the agreed upon camera-ready copy to the UC Printing Services. Within 20 calendar days of receipt of the "blue line" from UC Printing Services, the University shall notify CUE to meet and review the "blue line." At that time, CUE shall pay the University one-half of the estimated cost of the agreement for the unit members. Upon receipt of full payment from CUE, each location shall distribute the agreement to members of the unit within 75 calendar days.
Printing and Distribution of Agreement. The Association shall provide a 34 copy of the Agreement to each bargaining unit RN and each nursing unit. The Hospital 1 may purchase additional copies for administrative use from the ONA at a cost of $5.00 2 per copy.
Printing and Distribution of Agreement. 2.1 Within sixty (60) calendar days after ratification by both parties, the Board and SEE shall cause to be printed and posted on the District website a complete copy of this Agreement. (revised 2018-19)
2.2 Representatives of the Board and SEE bargaining teams shall proof read the Agreement and agree in writing prior to publishing.
2.3 Total publishing costs shall be shared equally by the Board and SEE.

Printing and Distribution of Agreement. 48.1 The Employer will post the Agreement electronically on the appropriate websites on the effective date of the Agreement, July 1, 2021, and provide a copy to the lead Union negotiator in electronic format by January 1, 2021 in print ready format in both Word and PDF.
48.2 The Employer will provide all current and new employees with a link to the Agreement. All employees will be authorized access to the Agreement link. Each employee may print and staple or clip one (1) copy of the Agreement from the link on work time on Employer owned equipment. Employees who require a reasonable accommodation to access the Agreement may contact Human Resources for assistance.

Printing and Distribution of Agreement. 19.01 The Regional Centre and the Union shall post an electronic version of this Agreement for teachers in the bargaining unit as soon as possible after the signing of the Agreement.
19.02 The Union shall have printed seven hundred and fifty (750) copies of this Agreement as soon as possible after the signing of the Agreement.
19.03 Costing incurred pursuant to Article 19.02, shall be equally shared by the Regional Centre and the Union.
19.04 The Union shall be responsible for the distribution of the Agreement to its members.
Printing and Distribution of Agreement. Section One. The parties will share the cost of printing the Agreement in booklet form. The Union will be responsible for printing a mutually agreed number of contract booklets and the State will reimburse the Union at the rate of forty-seven cents ($.47) for each booklet. Section Two. The Union will distribute the booklet to all present and new employees.

Upon ratification and signing of this agreement, the Board shall cause sufficient copies to be printed to provide for the needs of the Association and the Board. The association will pay for the number of copies needed for members of the bargaining unit and any additional copies desired. The Board will pay for copies needed for its membership and any other copies desired. The board shall provide a copy of this agreement to all support employee supervisors.
