Paperless Communications. 1. For the purposes of trade facilitation, the Parties shall endeavour to provide an electronic environment that supports business transactions between their respective customs administration and their trading entities. 2. The Parties shall exchange views and information on realising and promoting paperless communications between their respective customs administration and their trading entities. 3. The respective customs administration of the Parties, in implementing initiatives which provide for the use of paperless communications, shall take into account the methodologies agreed at the World Customs Organization.
