Paramedic Differential. Employees who are qualified as Paramedics shall receive a pay differential equivalent to 6% of the G step of the Firefighter salary per month above the employee’s regular pay grade. The employee must remain qualified as a Paramedic to continue to receive the Paramedic pay.
