Parcel. The term “Parcel” shall mean each separately subdivided tract of the Property shown on a plat recorded in the Registry after the Effective Date and conveyed in fee simple title by a Developer Owner to a Person.

Xxxxxxx, as trustees of Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xx. 0 by deed of J. Cova Xxxxx, as surviving trustee under the Will of Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Deceased, dated September 21, 1950 and recorded October 17, 1950 in Deed Book 17-H at Page 513, and to X.X. Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, X.X. Xxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx and X.X. Xxxxxxx, as trustees of Spartanburg County School District #5 by deed of Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, (Mrs.) Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx and (Mrs.) Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, dated September 21, 1950 and recorded October 17, 1950 in Deed Book 17-H at Page 510, and to X.X. Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, X.X. Xxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx and X.X. Xxxxxxx, as trustees of Spartanburg County School District #5, dated September 21, 1950 and recorded October 17, 1950 in Deed Book 17-H at Page 507, Register of Deeds Office for Spartanburg County.
Parcel. (individually, each of the above-mentioned parcels is referred to herein as a “Lot,” and collectively as “Lots”); and
