Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

Upgrade 5.1 Every version of the Software is treated as a separate product and comes under its own End-User License Agreement. By installing any other version of the Software, which is licensed under the terms of this XXXX, the Licensee terminates this Agreement according to clause 4.1.3 and enters into another End-User License Agreement that comes with the installed version.
Site Description 2.5.1 If reasonably requested by the A/E as necessary for the Project, the Owner shall furnish a legal description and a certified land survey of the Site, giving, as applicable, grades and lines of streets, alleys, pavements and adjoining property; rights-of-way, restrictions, easements, encroachments, zoning, deed restrictions, boundaries and contours of the Site; locations, dimensions, and complete data pertaining to existing buildings, other improvements, and trees; and full information concerning available service and utility lines, both public and private, above and below grade, including inverts and depths.
Space Bearing in mind the respective competences of the Community, its Member States and the European Space Agency the Parties shall promote, where appropriate, long term co-operation in the areas of civil space research, development and commercial applications. Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.
Pavement Design If applicable, the Engineer shall incorporate the pavement design developed by the State for this project. If the pavement design is not available, the State may request the Engineer to perform pavement design and submit to State for review and approval.
Access Roads The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.
Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.
