Common use of Paris time Clause in Contracts

If Auto-renew is deactivated under the above conditions, OVHcloud may terminate the Service concerned at the end of the current initial or renewal period unless Client reactivates the Auto-renew function at the latest twenty-four (24) hours before its expiry date or pays in advance the next renewal period.
