Park Infrastructure. Developer has delivered evidence in form and content reasonably acceptable to the City that Developer will commence construction of the Park Infrastructure for the Applicable Takedown Property in accordance with the Takedown Schedule. (vi) Architectural Master Plan. Prior to the Takedown of any portion of the Loyola Town Center, the City and Developer must have agreed upon an Architectural Master Plan for the Loyola Town Center.
