Common use of Parking Control Clause in Contracts

Parking Control. Parked cars may interfere with the work to be performed. Therefore, Contractor shall post, maintain, and subsequently remove, temporary “No Parking” signs along the streets, parking lots, and other as needed areas, upon completion of work. Work is performed no less than 24 hours prior to the start of said work. Contractor shall be responsible for replacing signs which are damaged or removed in order to maintain notice to the public.
