It is further agreed that if a charge for parking system is adopted by the Landlord, as set forth in Section 2.04 of the Lease, then the Tenant shall pay a charge for parking not greater than the minimum charge imposed by Landlord upon any other Tenant within VIA MIZN▇▇ ▇▇▇ANCIAL PLAZA.
PARKING PROVISIONS. The Employer and the Union will continue ongoing discussions regarding parking with a view to solving this by the end of the Agreement.
