Cleanliness Resident agrees to keep the room in a clean and sanitary condition during the entire term of occupancy and to return his/her room to Provider in the same condition, including general cleanliness, as it was at the beginning of the term of occupancy, normal wear and tear excepted as determined by College acting on behalf of Provider. When there is vacant space in a partially occupied multi-person room, the vacant space must be maintained by the occupant(s) in a manner that will allow a new Resident to move in immediately. Failure to do so will result in assessment of a cleaning charge to Resident’s account.
Cleanliness and Safety; Entry Resident agrees to maintain the assigned bedroom space, the apartment and the common areas of the Property in a clean, safe and sanitary condition, to exercise all due care in the use of same, and to cooperate fully with the Property pest control program as requested. Resident will be responsible for the cost of treatment for bedbugs and similar pests to the extent Owner’s pest control vendor reasonably determines that an infestation has originated within Resident’s assigned space and during Resident’s occupancy. Resident will place all trash in provided receptacles and will be responsible for the cost of cleaning the interior or exterior of the apartment if not kept in sanitary condition. When outdoor temperatures are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, Resident will keep the apartment’s heat turned on to prevent frozen or burst pipes, including during vacations. When outdoor temperatures exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit, Resident will keep the apartment’s air conditioning turned on and set to a reasonable temperature to prevent mold or mildew growth, including during vacations. Owner and its agents, employees and contractors may enter any apartment and bedroom space to perform routine maintenance, inspections, showings and other ordinary functions, provided that Owner will provide advance notice to residents of an apartment before such entry. Owner reserves the right to enter an apartment and any bedroom space without prior notice (including a passkey and/or disarming the alarm or other means of entry if locks have been changed) for emergency maintenance or repair purposes, or when there is reasonable cause to believe that a situation exists that could cause danger to life, safety, health or property. Owner may confiscate any item deemed to cause a danger and is under no obligation to pay compensation for or to return such items.
Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.

Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.
Automobiles The Company shall provide Executive with an automobile allowance of $500 per month, consistent with the practices of the Company.
Vehicles and Equipment Consultant will furnish all vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials used to provide the Services required by this Agreement. Client will not require Consultant to rent or purchase any equipment, product, or service as a condition of entering into this Agreement.
Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).
Trailers You are insured against claims arising out of your ownership, use or operation of any trailer or its equipment, provided that such trailer is not being towed by, attached to or carried on a motorized vehicle.
Use of the Equipment 9.1 The Equipment shall be used by Hospital only at the Site and shall not be removed therefrom. Hospital shall use the Equipment only in the regular and ordinary course of Hospital's business operations and only within the capacity of the Equipment as determined by Elekta's specifications. Hospital shall not use nor permit the Equipment to be used in any manner nor for any purpose which, in the opinion of Elekta or GKF, the Equipment is not designed or reasonably suitable.
9.2 This is an agreement of lease only. Nothing herein shall be construed as conveying to Hospital any right, title or interest in or to the Equipment, except for the express leasehold interest granted to Hospital for the Term. All Equipment shall remain personal property (even though said Equipment may hereafter become attached or affixed to real property) and the title thereto shall at all times remain exclusively in GKF.
9.3 During the Term, upon the request of GKF, Hospital shall promptly affix to the Equipment in a prominent place, or as otherwise directed by GKF, labels, plates, insignia, lettering or other markings supplied by GKF indicating GKF's ownership of the Equipment, and shall keep the same affixed for the entire Term. Hospital hereby authorizes GKF to cause this Lease or any statement or other instrument showing the interest of GKF in the Equipment to be filed or recorded, or refiled or re-recorded, with all governmental agencies considered appropriate by GKF, at Hospital's cost and expense. Hospital also shall promptly execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, to GKF any statement or instrument requested by GKF for the purpose of evidencing GKF's interest in the Equipment, including financing statements and waivers with respect to rights in the Equipment from any owners or mortgagees of any real estate where the Equipment may be located.
9.4 At Hospital's cost and expense, Hospital shall (a) protect and defend GKF's ownership of and title to the Equipment from and against all persons claiming against or through Hospital, (b) at all times keep the Equipment free from any and all liens, encumbrances, attachments, levies, executions, burdens, charges or legal processes imposed against Hospital, (c) give GKF immediate written notice of any matter described in clause (b), and (d) in the manner described in Section 22 below indemnify GKF harmless from and against any loss, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) with respect to any of the foregoing.
