Common use of Parking Regulations Clause in Contracts

Parking Regulations. User shall become aware of, and comply with, all University parking regulations and rules. User and User’s associates shall be subject to those rules and regulations. No dedicated or reserved parking spaces are available. Unless specifically written otherwise on the Reference Page, User is not gaining limited or exclusive access to any parking lots or facilities.

User and User’s associates its Invitees shall be subject to those and comply with all University parking rules and regulations. It shall be User’s responsibility to know said rules and regulations. No dedicated or reserved parking spaces are availableshall be made available to User or its invitees. Unless specifically written otherwise on the Reference Pageagreed to in writing, User is shall not gaining limited or exclusive access to any parking lots or facilities. In addition, User and its Invitees shall not block any driveways in the area of the Facility.
