Parking Regulations. Parking regulations shall be established limiting parking to single unit motor vehicles of size and capacity no greater than prescribed for 11/2 ton trucks, such vehicles to conform in s ize and use to governing laws. Parking shall be permitted only in marked spaces. Parking shall be prohibited when a security threat, as determined by TxDOT, exists.
