Common use of Part B Clause in Contracts

Part B. The Authority shall work with the Supplier within the first three months of this Framework Agreement to develop a ‘Framework Management Report’ which will monitor the overall performance and development of this Framework Agreement. This report shall be in addition to the MI Report as set out in the Annex to this Framework Schedule 8. The Framework Management Report will comprise a series of ‘Performance Dashboards’ or ‘Summary Reports’ that will monitor and review the performance of this Framework Agreement and form a key part of the framework management process outlined in Framework Schedule 15 [Framework Management]. The expectation of the Authority will be the Framework Management Report will cover: On a monthly basis and quarterly basis as appropriate: performance against all service levels and KPIs, as required, as set out but not limited to the information required at Paragraph 2.2.5 within Contract Schedule 15; efficiency tracking by department (methodology to be agreed with the Authority; On a bi-annual basis: Supplier’s supply chain performance, including an assessment of the number of Small to Medium Enterprises being used to supply and/or deliver Good and Services offered under the Framework Agreement, as set out but not limited to the information required at Paragraph 2.2.2 within Contract Schedule 15; The above list is not exhaustive and will be developed in good faith between the Authority and the Supplier throughout this Framework Agreement. Framework Management Reports will be submitted 5 Working Days before any planned Review Meetings as outlined in Framework Schedule 15; Framework Management or at a date specified by the Authority.
