Part-Time Eligibility. Part-time employees who were employed before and after the holiday and for a period of at least twelve (12) calendar days during the month (not including the holiday) will be compensated in cash or compensatory time for the holiday in an amount proportionate to the time in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.
