Common use of Part-Time Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Eligibility. For purposes of this Article it is understood and agreed by the parties that contributions listed in Sections 11.2-11.7 shall be allowed only to those School Nutrition employees who are employed at least six (6) or more hours per day. The eligibility and employer contributions for employees working less than six (6) hours shall be as follows: A. For those employees working four (4) or more but less than six (6) hours per day the following shall apply: • The District contribution to the health insurance program shall be 1/2 the amounts in Section 11.2 • Dental insurance as stated in Section 11.3. • Long Term Disability as stated in Section 11.4 • Life insurance in 1/2 the coverage amount stated in 11.5.
