Part-time nurses regularly scheduled to work sixteen (16) or more hours per week and desiring medical, dental and life insurance may sign up for the Hospital's flexible benefits plan and the Hospital will pay for one-half (1/2) of the nurse only premium, with the remainder to be paid by the nurse.
