Part-Time Benefits. A part-time employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or in part by the hospitals, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call-in pay, responsibility pay, jury and witness duty, bereavement leave, and pregnancy and parental supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid. For part-time employees who are members of the Hospital's pension plan the percentage in lieu of fringe benefits is twelve percent (12%).

Part-Time Benefits. Part-time, temporary and casual employees shall be paid twelve percent (12%) in lieu of fringe benefits (health, dental, life, AD&D, LTD, pension, holiday pay). Notwithstanding the foregoing, all part-time, temporary and casual employees may, on a voluntary basis, enroll in the pension plan when eligible in accordance with its terms and conditions. For such employees who are members of the pension plan, the percentage in lieu of fringe benefits will be reduced by the cost of the pension plan. Regular part-time employees may opt to participate in the extended health and dental plans provided the employee pays 100% of the premium.
Part-Time Benefits. The Employer agrees to provide part-time nurses with the option of voluntary participation in the following group health and welfare benefit programs as set out in Article 17 of the Central Hospital Collective Agreement: Extended Health Care Benefits Plan; Semi-Private Plan; and, Dental Plan. It is further understood that such participation will be in accordance with the Employer’s existing health benefits carrier. Part-Time Benefits. No benefits shall be afforded part-time employees, with the exception of entrance into the DAC Pension Plan. Plan Rules require admittance to the plan of any employee meeting the hourly work requirement of 1000 hours in any year of employment with the employer. Notwithstanding the terms of this Section, benefits will be given to permanent part- time van drivers in the form of personal days as provided in Article 8, Section 7, and long-term disability insurance as provided in Article 15, Section 4.
Part-Time Benefits. All Part Time employees shall be paid in lieu of benefits based on the following formula: Applicable straight time hourly rate + 12% It is understood that pension is included within the percentage in lieu of fringe benefits. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all part-time employees may, on a voluntary basis, enrol in OMERS when eligible in accordance with its terms and conditions. For part-time employees who are members of the CAMH's pension plan the percentage in lieu of fringe benefits is twelve percent (12%).
Part-Time Benefits. Employees who are employed with the City of Batavia on a permanent part-time basis working an average of twenty (20) hours per week, shall receive pro-rated sick leave based on the average number of hours worked per week in the preceding year.
