Part Time Wage Progression. Part time employees shall accumulate service for the purpose of progression on the wage grid, on the basis of one year for each one thousand six hundred and fifty hours (1650 hours).
Part Time Wage Progression. Part-time employees shall progress from start to probationary wage rates as full-time to the one (1) year at 1800 hours worked or 1 \/2 years, whichever is first and to the two (2) year rate at 3600 hours worked or three (3) years, whichever is first.
