Part Time Wage Progression Clause Samples

The Part Time Wage Progression clause establishes how wage increases or pay scale advancements apply to part-time employees. Typically, it outlines the criteria under which part-time workers become eligible for wage progression, such as the accumulation of a certain number of hours worked or years of service, mirroring or adapting the process used for full-time staff. This clause ensures that part-time employees are treated fairly and transparently regarding pay increases, addressing potential disparities and providing a clear framework for their compensation growth.
