Partial latching indication Clause Samples

The 'Partial latching indication' clause defines how a system or device signals when a latch or locking mechanism is only partially engaged. In practice, this clause requires the inclusion of sensors or indicators that can detect and communicate if a latch has not fully secured, such as a warning light or alert in a vehicle door system. Its core function is to enhance safety and reliability by ensuring users are made aware of incomplete latching, thereby preventing potential hazards or malfunctions caused by improperly secured components.
