Common use of Partial Shipment Clause in Contracts

Partial Shipment. In the event an order is shipped incomplete (partial), the Procuring Eligible Organization must pay for each shipment as invoiced by Supplier unless the Procuring Eligible Organization has clearly specified “No Partial Shipment” on each purchase order.
