Partial Use and Occupancy. Upon 3 Business Days' written notice to the PMT, and provided that the Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over the Project have deemed the Project Stage fit for legal use and occupancy, the Owner may occupy or otherwise make use of all or any part of that Project Stage's space or equipment before Substantial Completion of the entire Project. The PMT will issue a certificate of beneficial occupancy describing those portions of the Project Stage deemed fit for legal occupancy by the Governmental Authorities and establishing the date for when the risk of damage to the Work in that area is transferred to the Owner.
