Project stage definition

Project stage means a separable part of the Project, e.g. by Contract area or by geographical extent. “Requiring Authority” means Watercare Services Limited.
Project stage is a portion of the Project that is geographically or otherwise distinct and may have separate Milestones and dates for Substantial and Final Completion.

  • The PMT will issue a certificate of beneficial occupancy describing those portions of the Project Stage deemed fit for legal occupancy by the Governmental Authorities and establishing the date for when the risk of damage to the Work in that area is transferred to the Owner.

  • Correction of all Stage Punch List items to the PMT's satisfaction is a condition precedent to Final Completion of the Project Stage.
